I suffer from migraines couple times a week. Developed an ulcer and could no longer take painkillers. I've been searching trying everything. Ice on the head, different kinds of herbs nothing worked. This product actually surprised me it works In getting rid of your headache. The key is to rub it on your forehead as well as the back of your neck your temples and a little bit on your shoulders (base of neck) the aroma is so pleasant it helps with nausea.
