I felt pain in my knees particularly while climbing up and down the stairs. Could not avoid it as many stairs in my office,where I had to go daily.
The spray was given by someone, I used to apply it before starting for office. After 20-25 days, the pain was not felt at all while coming down on stairs.

Now not applied for last 15-20 days, it seems very normal know.
However, kept the spray at home for any future requirement.
To be used regularly for 20-25 days to believe.
