From last some year I was feeling in my knees. I was not believing the zanskar medicine but when pain increased,I thought let's try the medicine,still I am taking this medicine and also continued my walking and exercise and find some relief in my knees pain. I think one should try once and if feel better then order for next medicine. Please note the course must be started with 90 tablet after that you will feel the result.
