Used it for my knees. I have a past ligament injury which plays up whenever I overstrain it. It helped a lot. Initially used the cream (quite liberally) 2 times a day, for a week. Now I use cream in the afternoon (so that the clothes don't get stained) and oil at night. Also I've reduced the amount of cream I apply but it is still effective. Next step I plan to stop cream and use only oil. Hope it works. 🤞
